- Unfortunately, with version 2.20 of the firmware, it is impossible
- to determine whether a modem has RPI+ only or RPI+ AND hardware
- error correction by merely looking at the ATI3 string.
- If the documentation indicates there is hardware error correction,
- I am inclined to believe that you have an ACF type modem
- which has hardware error correction and can also use RPI+
- for software based error correction.
